It was a great honour for me to have been invited to the annual congress of the British Burn Association by Mr. Jeremy Yarrow. It was the best Congress on scars I have ever attended. A star Faculty met for the second time (the first was last year) to describe and share a personal experience on the treatment and prevention of scars. This year in Paris was held the twentieth edition of IMCAS. I remember, there were not many members at the first editions and the speakers were almost exclusively European.
