As the first course of ESLD on the Laser and Energy Based Devices was a success in last July, it was decided to repeat it. The course took place at Villa Donatello and prof. Paolo Bonan organized everything in the best way. I have heard fantastic reports of dr. Leonardo Marini, dr. Hans Laubach, dr. Ashraf Badawi and prof. Paolo Bonan. There were discussed all the most interesting topics (vascular lesions, pigmented lesions, tattoos, ablative and non-ablative and fractional rejuvenation) during the course. I have described the fractional laser, both ablative and non-ablative, and have illustrated with lots of pictures, what a great result can be reached using these types of lasers. The formula to alternate the theoretical relationships with the practicals is definitely successful, and I believe that these courses will be repeated. I am only sorry that the number of members of the Italians was very low. Why not to take advantage of course made in Italy by people who are truly competent? I do not have an answer
